Tamiami International Equipment, Inc. offers Level I, II, IIA and IIIA ballistic blankets that will contain bomb explosions from a large variety of bombs. The ballistic blankets are made of nylon with a fire resistant coating. Sixteen sq. feet of coverage provides substantial protection; yet the blanket is light enough (22.5lb) to be carried by one man. In a high magnitude explosions, the ballistic blankets rise to a parachute configuration while the sides drop to contain the blast. Sizes vary from 4’ X 4’ to 4’ X 6’.
